Cancellation policy

Most of what we bake is made to order for a specific collection date, so we need a little notice if plans change.

Want to cancel? Get in touch at least 7 days before your collection date. Email ivy@sweetivy.com.au or call 0426 361 289, and include your order number and collection date.

If we can cancel in time, we'll refund your card less a flat $10 admin fee (covers our time and payment costs). Closer than 7 days out we usually can't cancel because we'll already be baking, but message us anyway and we'll see what we can do.
